Who we are TEST4NET LLC runs test4net.com and the CloudLAB portal, and decides how personal data collected through them is used. What we collect ### 2.1 What you send us You choose to give us this. We do not need anything else to answer you. | Where | What | | --- | --- | | "Send the shortlist" form | Email, first name, company name, phone number if you fill it in, and the free text about what you want to test | | Support request form | Email, name, and your description of the issue | | Newsletter form | Email | | Blog comments | Name, email, comment text | | Live chat on the site | Your messages and anything you type into the chat window | | CloudLAB account | Name, work email, company, and the details you add to your profile | | Email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, phone | What the conversation contains, plus the account or number you write from | If you send us a test plan, a topology or a datasheet, it may contain names and contacts of your colleagues. We treat that as confidential project material and use it only for your project. ### 2.2 What is collected automatically Your browser sends this to us and to the services listed in section 6: - IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language - Pages you open, time on them, referring link, search terms that brought you - Clicks on phone numbers, email addresses and messenger links, and forms you submit - Scroll depth and how long you stay on a page Analytics and advertising cookies are set when a page loads, and the banner tells you about them on your first visit. If you visit from the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, they wait until you click Accept in the banner. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time, see section 10. ### 2.3 Session recording Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move, scroll and click on the site, and replays it as a session without your name. Clarity masks what you type into form fields, so that text is not recorded. To stop Clarity, block cookies for clarity.ms in your browser. ## 3. CloudLAB CloudLAB is our remote test lab. You sign in through single sign-on built on authentik, which runs on our own servers in Armenia. For each account we keep: - name, work email and company - sign-in events: time, IP address, browser, failed attempts - bench bookings: which bench and when - portal actions we need for billing and support Test data belongs to the customer: traffic profiles, configurations, packet captures, results and reports. We process it only to run the tests you ordered. You decide how long it is kept. We delete it when you ask, or when the period agreed in your contract ends. Lab networks are separated from each other and from our office network. One customer's bench and data are not reachable from another customer's session. ## 4. You can object at any time and we stop, see section 9. ## 5. When we share data We do not sell personal data. We do not pass data collected through the website or CloudLAB to equipment vendors. When you buy equipment, software licences or support contracts through us as a reseller, the manufacturer or distributor needs some of your data to register the deal, issue a quote or a licence, and provide warranty and support. We give them your name, work contact details, company, and what you are buying. Nothing more. We do not share your test results, topologies or vendor shortlists with vendors, competitors or anyone else without your written agreement. We do not put your project materials into public AI services. ## 6. Transfers outside Armenia Several services above are in the United States. Where the law of your country requires safeguards for such transfers, they rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses, or on the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it. CloudLAB data, single sign-on data and live chat stay on our servers in Armenia. ## 8. How long we keep it We keep personal data for 1 year unless a law makes us keep it longer, or the record is part of a contract with you. Analytics and session recording tools have periods set by their providers, listed below. | Data | Period | | --- | --- | | Enquiries that did not become projects | 1 year from the last contact | | Live chat transcripts | 1 year | | Support tickets from visitors who are not customers | 1 year after closing | | Correspondence and support tickets with customers | 3 years | | Contracts and project records | 3 years after the contract ends | | Invoices, accounting and tax records | 5 years | | Newsletter subscribers | Until you unsubscribe | | CloudLAB account | While the account is active, then 1 year | | CloudLAB test data | As the customer decides, or as the contract sets | | Sign-in and security logs on our servers | 1 year | | Website server logs | Kept by HubSpot, which hosts the site, under its own rules | | Google Analytics 4 | 14 months, the longest period Google offers | | Microsoft Clarity recordings | 30 days, fixed by Microsoft | | Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and click data | 9 months, fixed by Microsoft | When a period ends we delete the data or remove what identifies you. ## 9. Your rights You can ask us to: - show you what we hold about you - correct it - delete it - limit what we do with it - send it to you or to another company in a machine readable form - stop processing based on legitimate interest, including direct business outreach - withdraw consent you gave earlier, which does not make earlier processing unlawful Write to [privacy@test4net.com](mailto:privacy@test4net.com). We answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that your data does not reach the wrong person. If you think we handled your data wrongly, you can complain to a regulator: - Armenia: Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia - Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) - European Economic Area or United Kingdom: the data protection authority where you live ## 10. Cookies The site sets the cookies below when a page loads, and a banner tells you about them on your first visit. Visitors from the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland get the Google and Microsoft cookies only after they click Accept. You can block or delete them in your browser settings. Google Ads and Meta also keep a few values in your browser's local storage: \_gcl\_ls, lastExternalReferrer and lastExternalReferrerTime. ## 11. Security - The site, CloudLAB and chat work over TLS. - CloudLAB sign-in goes through single sign-on, and each customer sees only their own benches and data. - Lab networks are separated from each other and from the office network. - Access to the CRM and to project material is limited to staff who need it for the work. ## 12. Children This is a business service. The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 16. ## 13. Changes When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change affects data you already gave us, we tell you by email before it takes effect. ## 14.
